Brewery or Owner:-finally-

1 Sir John Barleycorn 7   Victoria Hotel(Carlton) 13 Two Old Brewers
2 Temperance Hotel 8   King's Head 14 Bull
3 Eagle 9   Wellington 15 Green Dragon
4 Three Tuns 10 Dolphin 16 Fountain
5 Bushel 11 Lamb 17 Orby House
6   Woolpack 12 Lacons Stores (Pelican)

The red areas seem to be either communal yards or arches through to the lanes.
The whereabouts of The Eagle is at present a surmise,
and the Green Dragon, next to the Bushel became a shop many years before this map.

Towards the Wellington Street end of Drapery Row, in a side lane. The area had many other beer houses and inns, so many that there was a licenced house in St Mary's ward for every 94 of the population. The licence was therefore withdrawn and it was sold unlicensed in 1913

The gate seen here is actually the other side of Drapery Row.
The camera lens doing its usual job of destroying perspective.
